| Sweetwater Terraces is a new, 165 unit apartment building for independent seniors. The project features a beautiful central courtyard and one, two and three bedroom units. Framing is complete, and we are preparing to hang drywall. |

We currently have 2 of the 5 buildings complete along with the Clubhouse that offers a model unit, pool and pool cabana. Building 3 is near completion. Most buildings offer 4 different floor plans that are equipped with custom cabinets and potential buyers are given several choices of flooring to meet their needs. |

| The Lawrenceville Parking Deck is a 4-story 200 space parking deck built in conjunction with the Aurora Theater on the square in downtown Lawrenceville. The deck is connected to the Theater and will serve as parking for Theater patrons as well as the rest of the community. This project is unique, as the parking deck’s facade is being constructed to have the appearance of the other buildings on the town square. |

| The renovation of Bradford Gwinnett Apartments is in phase 3 of 5. The transformation from the existing apartments, approximately 25 years old, to the newly renovated units is very dramatic. Completely rehabed interiors along with a new exterior façade makes the apartments look like new again. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2007.

| Construction on Lillie R. Campbell House, a 96 unit senior living facility in Atlanta has just begun. We are in the process of grading and installing site utilities. Construction on the 4-story main structure is scheduled to start in mid summer. The scheduled completion date for this project is spring 2008. |
